    I dropped my truck off at 8 AM as directed. Come 4 PM, I hadn’t received a call saying it was ready for pickup so I called the service department and asked them and was told it was ready. When I picked the truck up and looked at the paperwork, it has been ready since 11:08 AM. I would have thought someone would have called and let me know it was ready verses me having to call you, poor customer service. Also, once I paid for the service, I went out to my truck and was looking at the paperwork, I brought the truck in for new tires and an oil change but I didn’t see the charge for the oil change on the paperwork. I went inside and talk to the service person that was handling my maintenance and he said it wasn’t done so I had to wait for it to get accomplished. You would think the service person handling my maintenance would have caught them when reviewing the paperwork before sending it to the cashier. Again very poor customer service.

    I am a regular customer of George Nahas for about five years and has always been satisfied with the service. On 4/2/25 I took my 2012 corvette for service and was extremely disappointed with the outcome. After paying my bill and receiving my keys I went out to my car and performed my routine walk around and examination. I immediately noticed a scratch to the left rear that was one hundred percent not there when I dropped my car off. I immediately brought this to the service consultant attention and what happened next was shocking. The service consultant and the service manager both have denied this occurred under their care. I am a payment customer and have been loyal and my expectations are that my car would be treated with care and respect. I am still awaiting the service manager to get in touch with me.
