    2/13/2026 I called twice and left messages on James Edwards Voicemail, never received a Return Call. Monday 2/16/26 called and asked for Service Manager, Tony got me Appointment for the Next Day. Tuesday 2/17/26 brought my Truck in for Appointment, 179.99 Diagnostic Fee, Brutal! ( I'm Retired on a Fixed Income.). Diagnosed the Vehicle Fixed the Tire Sensor Issue and Oil Change. Brought 2017 Colorado in for Transmission Shutter , Mr Edwards informed me Vehicle needed a New Torque Converter and would Cost $3300 and Also that the Tech drove the Vehicle and "Heard" noise from the Rear Different and that would Cost $6500. Costs are EXORBITANT!!! George Nahas has Performed all Scheduled Maintenance on this Vehicle as of 2021 and ALL of a Sudden it's a POS and going to COST $3300 or as Much as $10000 to Get the Vehicle Up to Satisfactory Condition.
